Remember the dream
But as for you, you meant evil against me (intended it for my harm!); BUT GOD meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive. Genesis 50:20
God has put a dream inside of you, you just may have forgotten! It’s time to remember! He created us all on purpose and with a great purpose! The enemy wants you to forget and not to walk in greatness….
The enemy of your soul wants you to remember what they did to you! He will use who he will. God wants you to remember what He did for you! He died so that you might live and not bury the dream inside of you.
Like Esther maybe we were brought here to this point in our lives for such a time as this. When we’re down to nothing, He’s up to something. When we are at our lowest, He is still on His throne. When we feel like giving in, we must press on. And like Joseph, maybe they did mean it for our harm but God meant it for our good.
He wants to take us from the pit to the palace, but sometimes, first that looks like an attack before it does favor! It’s all a set up to take us into His plans and promises! Unless we fall into the snare of believing the devils (enemies) lies! If God is for you, and He is, who in this world can be against you! He can make EVEN your enemies to be a peace with you.
If you are going through hell, it’s a good sign that God is for you. If demons are fighting you, God is fighting harder. It’s a good sign that you got something good on the inside of you. You are a threat to the enemy and his plan. John 10:10
Like Esther, If they create a noose, they will hang themselves. If they dig a ditch like Joseph’s brothers did to him, and threw him in a pit - it’s for your saving. It was a set up to take him further because God saw further down the road to what was ahead. He positioned Joseph even in prison to be favored and excelled. Had he not been threw into the pit, he’d never moved to the palace - AND saved a whole nation from starving to death!
Your torture now could be for the saving of many later! Don’t forget the dream that God put inside of you. Remember! As I listened to Jentzen Franklins message this morning, and piggy backing off of it on how Joseph remembered the dream! When he saw his brothers instead of remembering the envy, and jealousy, and harm, and hate that his brothers caused him - He remembered the dream. God saved them!
Joseph helped them when he could have harmed them and they knew it. Tables had FINALLY turned and in a different position. It took years but remember: Vengeance belongs to God. He doesn’t forget and He doesn’t forget the dream.
Remember and focus on what He did for you. He Himself was crucified and hated without cause. They were jealous of Him and they’re still jealous of what and Who is in you! It’s a set up to take you higher. Christ was obedient even to the death of the cross. He didn’t back down so when we’regoing through hell, feeling sorry for self or considering giving in: CONSIDER HIM! He rose again.
He conquered death and defeated hell. You can’t keep a good man down. So, if you’re going through hell, keep on going and Cling to Him and His promises. He’ll never let you down. And though it hasn’t happened yet, there will come a time that you, like Esther, will rise up and rise again! It’s not just for the saving of yourself, but many after you. They are needing what you got! Endure!!!
Position yourself in Him and in His promises. Don’t back down. Stay in and Fight the good fight, don’t get caught up In the wrong ones. It’s a trap to derail you from the good things and promises that He has for you! Don’t be discouraged or sidetracked by the hate to retaliate! Don’t let the hate get inside of you. Like David “yay though I’m walking through the shadow or what feels like darkness, death and defeat, I’m still going through because I know Whose with me. He comforts me and He prepares a table before mine enemies.” Tables will turn, just wait and see.
The kings heart is in God’s hand and like the direction of the water ways, He can turn it where He will. He can harden hearts like Pharoh’s, to let you go. He can restore minds like He did King Nebuchadnezzar to get you back on the right track. He can tear down the the Haman’s in your life and their plans to destroy you. If they make a noose, it may look like it’s for you! They fall into their own trap.
They set you up but they really set up themselves and it might be part of Gods plans. Stay faithful. He uses it for your good. I come to remind us and encourage us in His truth. He hasn’t forgotten about you.
Just like those who devised against Jesus to set Him up and used Judas to sell Him out, it’s all part of the plan for your deliverance. It turned on them. But it was all for you. So remember the goodness of God. The enemy comes to wear out the saints, to cause them to give up and in. Just remember God is for you. When you feel weary, wait on Him! We can’t be full of power and love if fueled by hate. We can’t do anything great if we focus on hate and fixate on the damage done. Let’s fix our eyes on the Father and focus on the love, and the dream and call He has put on our lives. He is for you! Like Joseph, when we see their plan come to nought, remember the dream!
Weapons may form but they won’t prosper!!! In the name of Jesus, because this is Your Heritage!!!
